    Router Access to files help!

    Okay, so I have my PC, and my router. I have a wirelessly connected other PC. I want to be able to interact and see the files on my other PC, from my PC with my router. I got my IP address for the other PC, and I'm wondering, how, at all can I do this? Thanks guys :)

    Hello kylefrikkentoth;

    There was a similar thread here awhile back: 3 PC Network Sharing

    Please have a look there and see if any of your questions are answered?

    Cheers!

    Oh ... Why didn't you say so?

    RealVNC won't connect to Win7

    UltraVNC and RealVNC are similar apps. However, both rely on "server" and "client" to remotely view the desktop of another computer. The remote computer must have the "server" app installed and the computer you sit in front of must have the "client" app installed. I do not know of any third party remote desktop software that will work if you do not install it?

    The third link is a MS app I read about but do not have any knowledge of.

    The built-in Remote Desktop Connection is only available in Windows 7 Professional and above.

    Windows Live Messenger also has a remote help feature.

    Cheers!
