Windows 7: Slow Internet

Hi,

If I start my Windows 7 Ultimate it makes connection with my internet
But it is very slow.. I have reinstalled my internet driver all the time.. then my speed goes like whoes! Very quick.. But i don't like to reinstal all the time..
I have a USB wireless adapter.. Please help it's driving me crazy

Edit: AVG anti-virus, and nothing on my background

So is it uninstalling the drivers at every reboot?

open msconfig/startup ... disable all except for AV/firewall and test... if your speed improves, begin to re-enable one by one until you find the offending entry....

What Antivirus do you have? And what firewall? Anti-spyware?

Is it possible that you have a background process using your bandwidth? When the internet slows down, does your Task Manager show any activity other than your browsing? I am thinking that a background process may have some time lag after you reinstall the network before it decides to start hogging the network. A couple of times I thought things were extra slow, but I noticed my WMC was busily downloading, and using most of my internet bandwidth.

Loot at the Task Manager when things are going well, and when they are slow... Is there a difference in the Network activity?
