How can I create a homegroup

Hello,
I want to create a homegroup to establish a connection between two computers , first is a Laptop and the second is a Pc , these are information about them :
For the Laptop
-It has a DSL connection , I use PPPoE connection.
-It has an integrated Wireless device.
next image illustrates network and sharing center:

For the PC
-It has a wireless LAN card.

Two computers are using Windows 7.

How can I create a home group using wireless network to share internet and files ?

XP, Vista, W7 64bit Home Premium

Click on homegroup where it says "ready to create" and follow instructions - if that wont work click change advanced settings on the left, and try these settings :

Homegroup - Create

1 turn on network discovery
2 turn on file and printer sharing
3 turn off public folder sharing (----)
4 media streaming up to you
5 use 128 encryption
6 turn off password protected sharing
7 use user accounts and sharing to connect to other computers

If you want to share a printer it needs enabling on the host machine in devices and printers (control panel) - right click printer - printer properties - sharing - tick share this printer
