    Problem sharing large files (Win7 <-> Win7)

    Hi There,
    I got 2 PCs...
    A: Desktop PC, Windows 7 Professional 64-bit

    B: Media PC (connected to TV), Windows 7 Professional 32-bit

    I'm trying to share the files on my Dektop PC so i can access them from the Media PC. As it is a Media PC i'm sharing videos. I enabled sharing on the Folders with the Files in it.
    There is no problem accessing the shared folders from the Media PC, I can properly browse through the folder structer and i'm able to see the files. I can also copy small files (created a .txt Files) without problems. But if i'm trying to open or copy a video file (approx. 250MB) nothing happens. The "copy window" says Speed: 0 bytes/s for a while and then an error message saying "There was a problem accessing the file".

    There is also another issue that is maybe connected to this one. I'm running a http based media server on my Desktop pc to stream videos to my popcornhour (streaming box). Since i tried to share the folders i'm not able to stream videos anymore... but i can browse through all my media files via http interface.

    Hope someone can help me.

    Cheers

    There could be a few problmes. Your host computer could not be fast enough (not a good enough processor/not enough ram)
    The recieveing computer may not be fast enough either.
    Also, there could be a problem becuase the router can't handle it.

    Let us know,
    Ben
