Windows 7: Connection Problem

Hello everybody,

I have a problem with my internet connection. Sometimes the internet connection is gone. It used to do this when i first install Windows 7, but from october till now .. no problems. 2 days ago, it started again, and it's driving me crazy Today when my internet connection was lost, i tried troubleshooting and got this message.
Does anybody have some answers to this problem?

Have you rebooted both the router and the PC?

I had a similar issue where after checking EVERYTHING, the only thing that made sense was the cable modem was going out. My cable procvider disagreed, so sent someone out to test. After abount 3 hours of him trying everything he could think of, he replaced the cable modem and it was fine since. Without knowing more about your setup and what you have tried though it's hard to say.

i don't know what to say about my setup... i have internet from a company that is based on hood-networks all around the city (with cable, not wireless) .. a cable is coming down from the building right in my appartment that is plugged into a hub
