Windows 7 64bit cannot connect to Wi-Fi Router in HTC H

Hi all, i've a new laptop Lenovo Y460 preinstalled with Windows 7 64bit. My desktop running Windows 7 32bit is able to connect to internet thru my HTC HD2's Wifi router mode.

However, my new laptop though able to detect and connect to my HD2 but reports no internet access. Strangely, the laptop is able to connect to internet thru my home router.

Ive used several laptops running mainly 32bit Windows 7 to connect to internet thru my HD2 without problem.

Could anyone help? Especially members on Windows 7 64bit who ownes a HD2.

Thank you.
