Having an issue sharing a printer

Hey everyone. I am having a little trouble sharing a printer that's hooked up on this machine (Windows 7 64)

I am trying to share the printer with a netbook (Windows 7 32) and another desktop running XP Home.

So far, I can get the netbook to print correctly, but the XP system just won't print (I can, however see my machine from the other one's networking)

In addition, whenever I try to access one of the other systems from here (IE, to put files on my wife's netbook) I am getting a Network login prompt for a login and password. I also get the same prompt when I try to access the XP machine.

Any ideas of what I should try? In homegroups / advanced settings I already have the following set,

    Turn on Network Discovery
Turn on file and printer sharing
Turn on sharing so anyone with network access.....
    Use 128-bit sharing...
    Turn off password protected sharing

These options are set for both "Home or Work (current profile) AND "Public"

I'm afraid that's a no-go. All of that has already been done (both guides) all that said I still cannot print using the XP system (although it does see the printer)

In addition, I am still unable to get around the "Enter Network Password" thing when trying to view files on one of the other systems. =(

Hate to say this, but nope. No change with it on or off.

I ran in to this exact same problem with a netbook XP OS. I hooked the printer directly to the XP machine and installed the printer. Then I hooked the printer back up to my Win 7 32 bit machine and made sure print and file sharing was enabled. I then went to the XP machine and Printers via the Control Panel and selected the appropriate printer as the default printer and it worked.

Now, suddenly the Windows 7 netbook can no longer print (where it was able to yesterday) =(

This one is sure being a pickle to tackle!

    *EDIT*

Ok, now it gets interesting. I just tried to print from the XP system. The document did NOT print, BUT! on my main system in the "Devices and Printers" area it's showing as having 1 Document(s) in queue. When I open it up to view it says status is "Deleting - sent to printer"

Ok, well thanks anyway guys but I give up. This is just apparently not going to work. Everything I find online tells you to do the VERY SAME thing (every how-to is the same) and I have done all this to the letter.. so I guess thats it, lol.
