i'm online but not for windows 7

Hi
i'm new
i want to say Hi to everybody

well i installed windows 7 ultimate (for the multiple language that i need)

well i'm online , i use a lan cable, router , i can update windows 7 32bit and i can browse/suft use skype and so on

but now for windows 7 , it tells me i'm not online

i have a Marvell Yukon 88E8053 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller

can somebody help me?
it's strange i know
a friend of mine have the same issue
he can suft but w732bit tells him that is not online
