My wireless adapter has a code 10 error I cant fix

I'm getting a "This device cannot start. (Code 10)" error on my internet card.

The card I'm using is a Atheros AR5B93 Wireless Network Adapter.

I've uninstalled the driver, reinstalled it using the driver from the Acer site, used all the methods from the general "How to solve a Code 10 error in device manager" solutions in forums I read through. I've done a system restore to before the card stopped working. None of these things have worked. I can't figure out why my network card is malfunctioning.

*I made sure that the driver was for Windows7 64-bit. The problem when I install a new driver is that after it is completed, Windows says the device was not installed properly because of the Code 10 error.
