    Remote Desktop not working

Remote Desktop keeps saying "can't connect...".

Both the client and server use Windows 7.

    - I have enabled Remote Desktop on the server. When I connect using the local IP address, i.e. 192.168.1.123, it connects fine.

    - I have also set up port forwarding in my router to forward port 3389 to that local IP address. I already checked on canyouseeme.org and it says "Success: I can see your service on 222.252.233.9 on port (3389)"

However, if I enter 222.252.233.9 to remote desktop, it can't connect to the server.

Do you know how to fix this problem?

    Thanks.

    Hi ..
So, 222.252.233.9 is the server, and how about client IP ?
is it pingable from both side ?
