FTP Settings Issue

I have an old laptop which runs XP and just bought a new laptop that is running Windows 7. I also have a Canon Photocopier (Copy/Fax/Print).
On the XP computer a tech setup the copier and computer so that the copier would "Fax" a page to a file on the computer.

Seeing as this is only a problem with the FTP Settings I won't go into much detail about the copier.

On the XP Computer when I go into My Computer > Manage > Services and Applications > Internet Information Services > FTP Sites > Default FTP Site

it contained information as to where the files were to go and this was C:\Scans

On the Windows 7 under Services and Applications there is no Internet Information Services option anymore.

What I would like to know is how to set up the same thing on the 7 computer so that FTP files go directly to a C:\Scans folder.

At the risk of really stepping in it... why are you putting yourself through that?
Would it not be a whole lot easier to just set a target folder for windows to store faxes and share the folder?

Also... If you want IIS in Windows 7 Pro or Ultimate all you have to do is go to programs and features -> Turn Windows Features on and off, check the Internet Information Services box and then OK... it will install it for you... but then you get the fun of setting it up.

Well how do you setup the fax thing then? I didn't know you could do it that way!
