    "No internet access" it lies!

just a little oddity, its not actually a problem, but iv just noticed, according to my network manager in the taskbar, i have no internet access but i actually do, according to my gf has been happening since last night, ironically since i installed the latest windows update.... 2 questions: is it actually related to the update? and is there a fix for it? other than disconencting and reconnecting i mean

    Me too!

Do you happen to have had the "Realtek TRL8139/810x Family Fast Ethernet NIC" Updated via windows update?

After I did that, I started to get the messeges...

I tried deleting them from device manager, reboot, nothing...

    Can't find the driver-update-uninstall....

Hi gassorr, wow very old post you've replied to there, but yes it turns out that update was the problem, its actually better to leave it uninstalled, you can do a system restore back to the point before the driver was installed that should fix your problem
