Trendnet TEW-423PI Card

Has anyone had sucess getting this card to work with 7 ? Microsoft says it's compatible with download from Trendnet, I can't even get that to work, any suggestions please ?

There are four different versions listed on the trendnet website. I believe you need to identify which one you're using and download the appropriate software. Even though they look quite similar, you should be able to find out which you have via your manual, details on the card or by closely scrutinizing the photos.

Also, it has been suggested that you make sure you are in a homegroup before installing the drivers.

Many thanks for info, not known for my patience unfortunatly, gave it multiple trys but it refused to work so I binned it !! Will save up for good quality one later (dont mind extra cable from back of pc).
