cannot connect to my wireless router

    cannot connect to my wireless router


    I just loaded windows 7 connected my laptop to my router with network cable but cannot connect wireless. I'm right next to it I see it when I hit connect it just goes away and says it has problems connecting.

    This may have to do with the router your using or the firmware installed on the router. It could even be the wireless network adaptor being used. If you can give me the exact model number and version of your router and wireless adaptor I can check it for compatibility with Windows 7 and we can go from there.

    You might have only to reset the wireless wifi button, so your card to be recognize...

    What kind of router is it... sometimes there are router troubles with windows 7.
