i have HP 1020 Laser printer installed on Win 7 computer and i want to share this printer with XP computer, when i goto XP computer and try to add network printer, it can see the Win 7 computer but not the HP printer attached to Win 7 computer.......

It would be best if you use a router, then hang the printer off the router with a print server. In this way, both computers can print to the printer independently without relying on sharing - a much better security scenario.
