No can do... This computer is in a Domain. Unless the Domain Security Policy permits such behavior, or the Domain administrator manually configure this computer - there is no way the OP can go and configure it as such...

Pardon me? Computer/Software/Security/Group Policy settings gets overwritten when you log into Domain... Or I'm missing something here...?

that's fine. and accurate as goes policy processing.

but lets take up the point of a privileged task - say routing or rather the ability to add/set/remove routes.
if your domain account is added to the local admin group, manually or by gpo, you indeed have (more) privileged rights
