I have G. I waited awhile to get into wireless and I only have a couple of laptops that use it...everything else is hardwired.

Kinda have to have G or N nowadays if you want any sort of sufficient speeds when it comes to wireless networking.

I have G I wont bother upgrading to N because the wireless range of G is all I need.

Ive heard of B,G and N. But what is A does it have a range of a meter (considering it's worse then B which has terrible range).

Well.. You got to understand this... G is only up to 54 megabytes per second... which I am reaching 150 megabytes per second with N. So, its actually speed and strenght.
