script error when running a vbs script.

When I run this VBS script (attached) on a windows 7 64 bit machine I get an error that says,
Script
\\pssg\userservices\support\supuser\wincsi\ps\start_practice.vbs
line: 99
Char: 5
Error: the system cannot find the file specified
code: 80070002
Source: (null)

Windows 7 32 bit and xp run the script just fine.

Any ideas?
