The model number your router is F5D7632-4 not FSD7632-4. The support page for your router doesn't say much but it might be worth a look.
You might try changing the channels in the router control panel because Windows 7 seems sensitive to channels that are already being use in the area. You can also find and install new firmware from your routers set up page which can be accessed by typing 192.168.2.1 into the URL of your browser. Belkin : Support : Routers : G : F5D7632-4 :
