F-f-frustrated with Permissions & Access Denied!!!

This is part editorial and a question. I am fed up, frustrated and furious with constantly having to "play games" with Permissions and Security and "denied access". First of all, I don't understand why Windows 7 Home Version is NOT designed for home use but apparently for some large corporation the size of...uh..maybe...MICROSOFT? Why isn't a HOME version created for use in a home where we don't have an "Administrator" and we aren't dealing with CIA files or hiding from our spouses.(usually) I am sick to death of having to screw around with trying to set up sharing and permissions...(apparently the two aren't related) I have a busy home office with four computers. I don't want to have stop and play around with allowing my wife to access my files from her computer or our part time help from editing or saving a file in my production computer from his. I trust my wife and my part-timer. I don't want or need MS to take care of me. It's MY computer....just like my car is my car and if I want to drive it off a cliff...it's my decision. So how do I get rid of those permissions and security crap and just get on with work? For example...I created a folder to store audio. Everyone needs access to edit and save. No! I get access denied and "you don't have permission". Finally, will MS ever create a genuine HOME version and not a spin-off from their business version?

Perhaps a network storage device would be helpful in your situation. I'm sorry I don't have more time to go into detail, but it may be something of interest for you to look into. Managing permission on a single network device may be easier than managing multiple shared folders on multiple machines.

Right click on the shared folder, select properties. After that, select security. Add the user "everyone" and give them full control. Problem solved. Please note that this is a horribly insecure solution, but it sounds like your goal desires a lack of security.

p.s: Home Office =/= to Home.
