workgroup shared folder

I set up my computer to share a folder on my d drive. And i store music on there. But when i drag need files on there and try to access from another computer on the lan. It says i don't have permission. Work again when i disable and enable the share. How do i set it so that i don't have to keep on reapplying the share? Thanks.

Thanks but that doesn't answer my question maybe I'm questioning it wrong.

I have a shared folder that i put music in. On other computers on the network i can copy it just fine.
But when i drag a new file to the shared folder. I can't copy the file. It says i don't have permission.
Is there a way to set the shared folder to automatically share the files when i drag it into it. Instead of reapplying the share property to the folder.
