| | Network and Internet connectivity Hello Guys So I have a strange situation with my wireless connection under windows 7 ultimate x86 with a Hercules RTL8191S usb adapter, also experience the same problem with a netgear WG111T. So windows connects to the network no problem but fails to register the internet connection, yet I am perfectly able to browse the internet from the machine and connect to my works vpn and so on with no problems. However as windows registers limited connectivity I am unable to share the connection so my laptop can access the internet at the same time usin ICS. I have provided the ipconfig details below, network and sharing centre does not register the default gateway but using command prompt I am able to ping it and also ping websites. Any ideas?
