    Comparing both sets of results suggests to me that your Eee box's network card isn't functioning quite correctly, the pings should be within about 2ms of each other but the Eee box is almost double the other.

    The upload or download speeds lead me to think that your Eee machine may be running on Ethernet 10, which limits your upload and download speeds to 10Mb/s (Megabits = Mb, Megabytes = MB); although I may be totally wrong. Most ethernet cards are 100/1000Mb/s.

    This second test would explain your slow loading of the NFL.

    How to fix the network card? What can I do?

    My PC its not slow for NFL stream. I always get 2000Kbps. The problem its the Eee Box...
