so i have this usb hdd and it works fine on every computer except my win7 machine. with a 20gb file its starts off normal at 40+mB/s for the first 30s and then declines to about 6mB/s.
can anyone tell me what is happening here? this is a fresh install of win7 unltimate. only firefox is installed.
