Windows 7 - Internet Does not Work on Start Up

| | Internet Does not Work on Start Up When I start my PC my Internet does not work and the icon in the taskbar has the Red cross sort of thing across it. It says something like No connectivity or something I think. However as soon as I restart my PC it starts working perfectly. Why is this happening? Why does it never start on the first start up ? |
