Windows 7: Outlook Business Contact Manager and UAC

Outlook Business Contact Manager and UAC

I've been combing the net looking for a solution to this, and thought I'd run it by this forum...

I have two Windows 7 x64 systems running Office 2007 with Business Contact Manager installed. It uses SQL Express 2005 sp3 and works just fine sharing the database as long as UAC is turned off of the PC managing the data. As soon as I creep the UAC level up one notch and reboot, the database is no longer visible to the other PC. I tried messing around with two of the SQL service's log on accounts, and followed the services' executable paths to change the compability parameters to "Run as Administrator" to no avail. The user accounts on each machine are identical and are Administrators. UAC just seems to be getting in the way somehow. Any clues or helpful links?

Thanks.
