Losing IP address on MacBook Pro running bootcamp

I have been using Windows 7 since the RC came out and have the same annoying issue where my laptop will lose it's ip address ether wired or wireless. I did notice that it happens if the machine goes to sleep or is network idle for an hour. Which happens to coincide with the DHCP lease time expiration settings we use. If I renew the ip address all is well.

I have turned off all power saving settings, updated the driver as much as I can.

Is anyone else seeing this issue?

Is your mac fully up to date, per the software update utility? You will need the latest updates, including ROM updates. Also are you using the bootcamp 3.1 drivers, you can find them here

yes everything is fully updated both on the mac side of boot camp and the win7 and my firmware updates are current. I plan on doing a clean install of both sides of the MB while on vacation and see if that doesn't fix it. I have not noticed this issue on a Dell D530 I use for testing but can't say I have had it on long enough to truly know.
