| | Shared Folder Access Lag My company is running Windows 7 Enterprise at a few office locations and we have started to run into a issue when the office tries to access shared files on a XP File Sever that is also located in each office. We use a 3rd party Program that access these data files. Through the software you browse the folders and you run into a really bad lag. It will take about 5 - 10 minutes for the folders to show up. We did not have this problem with the XP machines. I though it might be a problem with search but I turned off this feature with no sucess. Anyone else have some suggestions i can test. Thanks. |
