Live Sync vs Skydrive vs Logmein vs Citrix vs Mesh vs Office Live

I run a business out of my apartment. For over a year I've been using Mesh to sync files, Office Live to share/store them, and Logmein free for remote desktop connections. I would use the built in mesh client more often but it doesn't have enough options for manipulating the color settings for remote desktop. Within the last week when I try to use office live there is an obnoxious banner across the screen asking to upgrade to skydrive. Live sync made me uninstall mesh, but seems to work similarly enough in its current version (not the beta)

I have all my computers synced with my phone and iPad via sugarsync (it has a common folder with windows live sync) and was wondering what the benefits of using sky drive would be for syncing things between my PCs.

Additionally, when I briefly tried the windows live sync beta it had an option for sharing with office 2010. Does that work fairly well? I use the standard .docx, .xlsx .pdf and .ppt files primarily.

All the information I've found searching Google is from 2008.

Mesh is now incorporated into the current beta of Live Sync. You can also connect remotely to other computers running beta live sync.

Skydrive isnt really a syncing service as such but a depository for syncing services such as live sync. You can use skydrive on its own to store files and photos etc and with 25gb of free storage youd be silly not to use it. Ive not really tried the office side of things yet other than to upload documents. I was impressed with the online versions of word and excel when I briefly tried them.

btw you can edit your posts.
