    Pain in the WOL!


    Someone tell me what I'm doing wrong...


    Host name simple 192.168.0.102
    Subnet mask 255.255.255.255
    Mac address I'm not telling you that! (configured)
    Protcol UDP
    Port 9 or 7

    It's on my network but won't work?
    Ta for the help by the way!

    Also I pinged it. It's there...

    Also I pinged it. It's there...
    I'm not sure what you are trying to do but the typical subnet mask would look like this 255.255.255.0. The last set is usually 0.

    I am trying to Wake my other computer up but does not seem to be working.


    I remember last time and was trying it with 0. but It ended up sending the wrong ip address all the time...

    Ques..Does the computer have to be in sleep mode or can it be off?
