Homegroup question/issue

I run a small business out of my home, i have several employees and pcs/laptops we all share files etc and do work successfully thru homegroup. i realized however that i have HR sensitiv data(payroll etc) on my desktop which i want to be able to access on my laptop when i travel, but id rather my employees not access. Is there a way to limit access or make it so only certain people can look or even make it a one way mirror? if anyone can help i thank you

You can usually set this up using your Windows live account. The link below shows you how.
Neowin.net - Windows 7: Link your online ID and share files in Homegroup

The problem I see with this is that Homegroups is only made to work on the LAN and not WLAN so you may need to use the standard Network shares for this type of sharing.
