how to set up crossover cable windows 7?
i have a laptop running windows 7 32 bit ultimate and a desktop running the same OS
I have a crossover cable and was able to connect both of them
My problem now is the laptop has wireless connection and i want to share it with my desktop but problems occured. I was able to bridge both of em and saw a lan game hosted by other people over the connection but wasn't able to join. I have this error IP conflict something saying I have the same ip with someone else. I saw a guide but it was only on xp and I can't understand it because windows 7 interface is very different.
Help please? thanks
