Matt, there are many threads on this site that have been posted trying to share the internet through another computer. I don’t know if any of those threads ever got it to work correctly. It may work for a time, but rebooting stops it, or it works for a month then stops for no reason, etc. Ultimately the best solution is to have a wireless card for each machine connecting to the internet or to have each machine have a hard wire (ethernet wire) connection to the router/switch to access the internet. This will give you the best performance and will cause you the least amount of headaches.

I would just connect both computers to the router via Ethernet cables. That will be your best bet.

Yes it should work. If it doesnt, you can simply "bridge" the wifi and ethernet. I am currently connect to the internet via a public wifi connection and have 2 computers and a VoIP phone bridged.

If you have a problem PM me.

    Matt,

Looks like Ken (zigzag3143) can take it from here. I am not an expert at bridging.
