Offline files - change folder colour if syncronised

Hi

Does anyone know if it's possible to change the folder/file icon colour depending on whether a file is available offline or not?

I'm finding I leave home while some files aren't sychronised (for whatever reason - e.g. lack of disk space) and there doesn't seem to be an easy way to tell. I know you can add the 'offline availability' status as a column in Windows Explorer, but I've got lots of folders to check!
