Windows 7 - Firewalled but not firewalled?

So I have a problem that i have not seen anywhere else. I have many programs as most of you do that need to connect to the internet; frostwire, itunes store, adobe updater, antivirus sofware, etc. But guess what none of them will. I have went so far as to uninstall some of them, completely turn off the firewall, download them in regular program files folder and program files x86 folder. Nothing. Im out of ideas and my computer sort of sucks with out some of those things.
I'm pretty desperate so any ideas will help.
