Tethering and Application Network Access
I was wondering if it was possible to build some sort of a profile that would allow me to disable internet access for *most* of my applications while I am running my laptop tethered to my phone. Basically, I don't want things like Windows Update, uTorrent, Steam etc trying to download things when I plug in my phone and use that for internet access.
I basically want to be able to set up windows so that it will automatically (manually is fine i guess, as long as its changeable from a single location) manage these types of settings so I dont kill my data plan because I accidentally left utorrent downloading, or windows decides to download a huge new update.
