    'Limited access'- Wireless Network connection

    Hi,
I cannot access my internet and don't know why. When i try to access the internet it says I have 'limited access' although I have a full internet connection. Does anyone know how to fix this please? I have a Windows 7 operating system.
    Thanks :)

Are you accessing through wifi or wired?

Do you have other computers in your house? If so can they connect (wired or wireless)?

    What is your router?

I'm accessing through wireless. I have a dell laptop. The other wireless computers connected to the same modem are experiencing no trouble at all.
I rebooted the router it didn't do anything.
The type of router I have is a 2701HGV-W. It was running perfectly before and then my laptop randomly had 'limited access'.
1 computer is connected by wire. 2 computers are connected by wireless. But this didn't cause any problems before. Do you have any ideas on what I should do?
    Thanks :)

Just for grins and giggles, try doing a system restore to a point before you started having this problem..

Well I tried that and it doesn't allow me to. It's says catastrophic failure (0x8000FFFF). How do I fix that problem? And it's says it could not create the shadow copy data or shadow copy storage file (0x8004231F).
    Thanks :)

You definitely have something else going on besides your wifi issue here... do you have a system image that you can restore?
