Very interesting, but I think read somewhere that 7004 will be released to developers and beta testers would get build 7000 to 7002 although that might have been just gossip, I guess we will know soon enough, I've also heard talk of a leaked beta which is being uploaded to warez but I haven't seen it yet.

It is kind of weird to see that the 7004.0.081203-1830 buld created on Dec 3, 2008 but build 7000.0.081212-1400 was created on Dec 12, 2008. I wonder why an older build was created after a updated build. Makes you wonder if 081203-1830 and 081212-1400 are really date and time stamps.

Hi DslJay,

The "saving" of the 7000 build number for the Public Beta would be a nice marketing touch, and we all know how powerful marketing is these days

True, marketing is important these days. I just find it weird that when the 2 builds were created. Having an older build created after a newer build is just weird.
