    Microsoft has just released the next major version of the Windows Live Essentials 2011 beta suite. The package comes with a number of improvements, bug fixes and added features.

    Microsoft originally released a Windows Live Essentials beta on June 24. Essentials includes the popular programs Windows Live Movie Maker, Mail, Writer, Sync, and Family Safety.

    May I ask why you wish not to use the Full Installer? You can still do a custom install with it.

    Yeah, you can. I used it myself a little earlier. Updated my Windows Live Mail application and installed Live Sync. Thats about all I did.

    Then I guess it's safe to use the full installer after all!

    Its mainly bug fixes. I have yet to find a changelog myself but I believe they will not publish one.
