Really? Tabs next to the address bar? I have like 2-3 dozen tabs open right now, can you imagine trying to navigate through it with that little space?? | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Alienware X51 OS Windows 7 Home Premium x64 CPU Intel Core i7-2600 @3.40GHz Memory 8.00GB DDR3 Graphics Card NVIDIA GeForce GTX 555 w/1.0GB RAM Monitor(s) Displays BenQ XL2420TX Screen Resolution 1920x1080@120Hz Keyboard Logitech Wireless Illuminated Keyboard K800 Mouse Razer Orochi PSU 330-watt Hard Drives 1TB Internet Speed Campus Internet |

Yeah, simple clean and using as little space as possible a huge plus. Course er... My IE8 is that way right now!BUT, as BCXtreme pointed out, having the tabs on the same level as the address bar won't fly well (Well unless you have IE maximised on a 1920 wide montior ) | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Scratch built OS Windows 7 x64 Ultimate CPU i7 960 Motherboard Asus P6X58D Memory 12 Gig Corsair Dominator Graphics Card Nvidia 480 Sound Card Maudio Delta 44 + breakout box Monitor(s) Displays Dell UltraSharp U2410 24in and Samsung 21 dual monitors Screen Resolution 1920x1200 and 1280x1024 Keyboard Logitech G15 + N52 game pad Mouse Logitech MX518 PSU Corasair TX850 Case Cooler Master HAF Cooling Corsair H50 Hard Drives Primary: Intel X-25M G2 160G SSD

To quote Mr Horse, from the Ren and Stimpy show, "No Sir, I dont like it".
I concur with the comments regarding the tabs next to the address bar. I too use at least half a dozen to a dozen tabs at any one time.
So to have a browser maximised at 1920, not only would you need a second monitor to apply your 'web based research' but all your forums would look out of whack because they were written for compatibility with 800 reso screens. | My System Specs | | OS Windows 7 Enterprise CPU Intel Pentium Dual E2200 @2.2GHz Motherboard Gigabyte II-G31 Memory 4GB Graphics Card Palit GForce 9500GT 1GB Sound Card onBoard Mouse Logitech MX518 PSU 450W Case CoolerMaster CM690 Cooling Corsair H50 Hard Drives WesternDigital: 250GB + 1TB + 1TB + 2TB |

I have been testing the IE 9.0 "Preview" or "Test Drive" and so far it's OK...needs work...the version I have does not have navigation buttons (back and forth) so it kinda sux. No Address bar so you have to press "CTRL + O" to be able to enter in address you want to visit...etc. Still to early to decide...
