    I'm already pleased with the HW performance increase of the latest FF beta, web pages with lots of flash or similar, could get choppy, no matter the system specs, all of which seems perfect now. Absolutely smooth regardless of the content.

    I wonder how much better IE9 can be, whichever does this best, I'll be using.

    I'll be running the IE 9 beta on the second drive here while IE 8 remains on the host drive. That will be a great chance to make cross comparisons as to any and all of the changes to be seen once the final release is seen.

    One thing to remember is that "beta is still beta" when going to download the IE 9 beta release as well as any other beta version. It's new and still a work in progress! The idea is not only to allow people a first look before it is finished but to collect additional feedback in order to work out any remaining bugs before the finished version is released early next year.
