Windows 7: Google TV rumored to be launching on October 17

Google TV was recently pegged to launch this month, but if the new rumors are true, we might have to wait a few weeks more.
An ”internal Best Buy document” leaked earlier this week, revealing that Google TV is to launch on October 17. Apparently, that’s two weeks back from the “original” debut date of October 3.
What’s with the uncertainty and delays? While I’d rather that Google delay it in order to release something that substantial and useful, too many hold-ups could cause people to lose interest and/or question what is wrong with the product.
