I just have the 64-bit browser pinned to the taskbar beside the 32 bit one in case I need it.
Also note that should you have at least one 64-Bit IE window open, any links you click from other programs (i.e. Outlook, some web patcher, etc..) will open in an IE-64 window or new tab in that current window, depending on your settings.
