    Google Instant cost the search engine a lot of money to build, and it burns through a lot of hardware and software computing resources. But people like it, so it's going mobile this fall.



    Google Instant, the predictive search technology the company launched last month to serve users results without making them hit the Enter button, is popular but costly.

I hate . Is there a way to turn this off? I’ve tried lots of suggestions. My preferences say they are changed but don’t stick even when I’m logged on.
Google Instant search launched on 8th September 2010 & Google promised Opera will be supported shortly after launch. Shortly is kinda vague it turns out that it means 10 months if you work at Google Thanks to Opera having the ability to edit any pages preferences you could select the network...
No Google Instant In IE9

I just opened up Internet Explorer 9 and noticed Google Instant is not in IE9 anymore; I tried opening and closing it several times to no avail. Is anyone else experiencing the same results? And is there any way of fixing this?
