    I guess so....that's the fourth or third update for that one, and i have always done it since it went off on the list...

    Guess, it does prevents for new updates to be clean installed.

    Perhaps check if it's really needed if you also have the windows 7 SP1 RC on your machine...(i do not)

    If one doesn't install this manually, is it installed via Windows Updates?

    That's near 101Mb for this one...i think it is optionnal update, but wait a little this might comes on WU aswell the "Windows 7 Time Zone Update for December 2010", kb2443685.

    I did got only the "Compatibility View list in Windows Internet Explorer 8 for Windows 7 x64"...kb2447568 in Windows Update, yesterday.
