    Thanks guys.
    Its 3.20pm here but im just leaving work so i should be ok to catch the launch by the time i get home.
    I already have the leaked version (not installed it yet though) so not sure why this is so important to me but with no W7 leaks this week we have to have something to get obssessed about i guess ;-)

    The beta will be available at noon eastern time (EDT).

    Windows Security Essentials, the replacement for Windows Live OneCare, the for-a-fee security package that Microsoft is ditching on June 30, will be available for download at approximately noon, Eastern time, the spokeswoman added. The free download will be posted on a new Microsoft site dedicated to Security Essentials (the page will go live Tuesday).

    You could try using a US proxy. But wtf isnt the UK included?
