I will wait for the official release ... why are some of you jumping on the 'band wagon'?
Is it for the thrill of downloading something new (leaked, no less) or is it because you truly have problems with your Windows7 OS?

    I don't get it

That yes, I like downloading this stuff for the thrill of having something new. I've had that thrill since the first leaks of Windows 7 hit the web, and it hasn't gone away

Yeah. It's fun living on the edge.

The programs I run from day to day are all beta versions if a beta version is available.

Yep, and I'm currently stalking every source I can for Windows 8 news.

For those of you who don't want to head over to eightforums to see my recent post, M3 coding is scheduled for February 28th

I can see some on here that do a lot of beta testing and have systems available for that purpose. The problem I see today is the original leaks were probably OK but now other locations have picked up on them and you now have dangerous copies out there. So now the unsuspecting will Google for SP1 and find the bad copies and not know the difference. For now I believe it is best for the average user to wait to be sure they get a clean copy. Reminds me of that old cop show where the Sargent says "Be careful out there"
