    must i uninstall the ie9 beta1 before installing the ie9 RC ?
The update will be served via WU, you don't need to remove the beta
hm, are you 100% sure about this?
because i live in Scandinavia and not in U.S/UK so will it be served viw WU even for me/us ?

Yes I'm sure, just like the previous beta update was served via WU the RC should also be :)

Oh...ok...thanks for clarifying that. In which case since I recently removed IE9 from my machine, I can reinstall it again and then get updated through WU.

Or you could most likely get it from here too (if you don't want to install the beta): Beauty of the Web

Will someone please do me a favor as I am still using IE8.

Please encrypt your 'Favorites' folder and try to add a new bookmark. IE 8 gives me an unspecified error, and I am wondering if this is present in IE9.
