    Yes Vista did...

But the preorder page at Newegg did not have a choice of 32 or 64...
Yes Vista had both versions on one disk or came on two different disks?

Sorry your post confuse me since you quoted to different post, clarify please to which post are you answering, thanks in advance.

I just know the that version I got for free from the MS Vista product evaluation program that I got Vista Ultimate on two disk one 32 bit one 64 bit with 2 different keys.

    Did not mean to confuse...

    When I bought Vista, I had a choice of 32bit or 64bit.
When I just preordered Win7 at Newegg, there was no choice.

Will they ask me before shipping?
    Do you choose during installation?
    These are my questions...

    Thanks,

Ok, Windows 7 will come in both 32 bit and 64 bit except for Windows 7 Starter edition.

I ordered from the MS store last night at near the bottom it says "This product includes both 32-bit and 64-bit versions" Windows 7 Professional Full Version - Buy and download from Microsoft Store

So it will come with both in the box and I hope this helps.

    Oh *&^*&^*&^*

I had just installed Vista Ultimate for a client. No pre-order deal on Ultimate AND

it does not look good for Dreamscene support unless Stardock or some 3rd party add on supports it.... now I wish I had never shown it to her....

    Ahhh well....

    "So it goes...."

I'm using genuine XP on both my PC, however they are "Educational" copy using the same serial numbers.....any idea if I could purchase the Windows 7 upgrade? Thanks.

p/s, there is no activation needed on both my PC and I get Windows updates via the normal Microsoft's Windows updates.
