Microsoft is planning to celebrate Safer Internet Day (SID) on February 8, 2011 to raise awareness of
online safety for kids.
The software giant will focus on kids and gaming for
Safer Internet Day by releasing new research. The research is aimed at understanding awareness and perceptions about online gaming from parents of gamers and gamers themselves. Microsoft says the research findings will be available for download on February 8. Microsoft will also help raise awareness of online safety and promote safer and more responsible use of online technology and
